Complaints Committee / Comité des plaintes
All complaints received by the College about an RN's or RPN's practice are investigated. The Complaints Committee reviews the results of investigations about nursing practice and/or conduct of members and decides how to dispose of the complaint in a manner that protects the public and is fair to the nurse(s) involved.
