Data Query Tool

Create multi-year reports based on demographic data and the data collected annually by the College on the Annual Membership Renewal form.

Examples of this data are working status, employment setting and practice sector. The tool also allows reports to be filtered by region of employment and category of nursing. Reports are returned in HTML, PDF or Excel.

  1. The College of Nurses of Ontario's statistical database is created from information collected during membership registration and renewal. This information is self-reported by members and there is minimal editing or verification of the data.
  2. The College does not warrant the quality, accuracy or completeness of user-generated tables. The College will not be responsible for any liability caused resulting from adopting or relying upon the information.
  3. The user agrees not to provide or sell all or any part of the statistical data to any other person, organization, business or any other third party.
  4. If the user publishes, reports or otherwise discloses material, he/she agrees to acknowledge the College using the following statement:

Parts of this material are based on data and information provided by the College of Nurses of Ontario; however, the analyses, conclusions, opinions and statements expressed herein are those of the author, and are not necessarily those of the College.

In addition, the user agrees to provide the College with a copy of any published, reported or otherwise disclosed material within three months from the date of completion.
