The College is committed to making statistical information widely available.
The resources below provide information on applicants to the College as well as demographic and survey data on the province’s nursing population.
Data Query Tool
Create multi-year reports based on demographic data and the data collected annually by the College on the Annual Membership Renewal form.

The College currently publishes reports annually to provide information around nursing human health resources
Membership Totals at a Glance
Provides a monthly update of the number of members of the College entitled to practise in the province.
Request Forms
If a greater depth of data is required than is provided by the College’s published reports and the CNO Data Query Tool, a requester may submit a Data Request form. In addition, the College provides a mailing list service.
Announcements
To enhance timely access to key nursing human resource data, the College has committed to publishing statistical reports in electronic format only. As a result, we will no longer be distributing hardcopies to our stakeholders. Through our email announcement service, we will let you know when our reports become available online, and we’ll provide you with dates and times for information sessions about the College’s statistics.
