    3. physically abused a client.
  2. Abused a client verbally and/or physically, and/or emotionally.
  3. Engaged in conduct or performed an act, relevant to the practice of nursing, that, having regard to all the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by members as disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional with respect to the following incidents:
    1. applied inappropriate physical force to a client; and/or
    2. applied inappropriate physical restraints to a client; and/or
    3. physically abused a client.
  4. Contravened a standard of practice of the profession or failed to meet the standards of practice of the profession with respect to her administration of medication to a client.
  5. Engaged in conduct or performed an act, relevant to the practice of nursing, that, having regard to all the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by members as disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional with respect to her administration of medication to a client.
  6. Contravened a standard of practice of the profession or failed to meet the standards of practice of the profession with respect to her administration of medication to a client.
