    Writing the examination

Once the College has accepted your application to write the examination, you will receive an identification card that will admit you to the examination room. If you have not received this card two weeks before the examination date, notify the College’s Customer Service Centre.

You must bring your identification card and another piece of ID that includes both your picture and signature for admission to the examination. Acceptable forms of identification are: a valid passport, a driver’s licence, a Canadian citizenship card or a student identification card. If you do not have one of these documents, a recent photograph bearing your notarized signature will be accepted.

    Examination results

Results will be mailed six weeks after the examination to the name and permanent address you provided on your examination application form. Results are not released over the telephone.

Notify the College promptly of any change of address during the examination process to ensure you receive your ID card and examination result. A request for a name change must be accompanied by a legal document, such as a marriage certificate.
