Join us for a discussion about the application of the Documentation, Revised 2008 practice standard.
This teleconference will provide a brief overview of the Documentation, Revised 2008 practice standard and apply the standard to practice situations. It is geared toward all nurses who provide documentation for client care as a part of their role. There will be a question period at the end of the presentation.
Registration is free. Space is limited so please book early. To ensure the maximum number of participants, please avoid individual registrations, and register groups instead. Registration closes two days before each scheduled teleconference. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation notice via e-mail which will contain dial-in information.
