Annual Membership Renewal (AMR) will open later than usual this year, and we’d like to explain why, and what you can expect when renewing for 2018.
This summer we began implementing a significant upgrade to our computer systems. This will allow us to deliver improved service to our members and applicants.
The upgrades include a new online application for AMR. To make sure your renewal goes smoothly, we have decided to take some extra time to ensure the application is well-tested before we open AMR.
Here is what you can expect:
When we have determined the dates for 2018 AMR, we will let you know through www.cno.org, The Standard, Quality Practice and our Facebook page. (Consider joining our Facebook page for updates about renewal and other important information.)
When renewal opens, you will receive an email with a link to the AMR application.
During the renewal process, you will receive reminders to renew before the deadline.
We understand that this is a busy time of year, and that you may also have a deadline for confirming with your employer that you have renewed your registration with us. We are actively exploring options to provide as much time as possible for renewal, while allowing you to meet these deadlines.
