New Practice Support intake form
The College has developed an intake form for you to use when submitting your questions to the Practice Support team. The easy-to-use form is part of a pilot project exploring innovative ways to support your practice.
When you submit a question using the form, you will receive a response from a Practice Support staff member within three business days.
Using the form, or the firstname.lastname@example.org email address, allows us to provide you with a consistent and comprehensive response to your questions. It also allows us to track the types of practice questions we receive. We will use this information to develop new resources, and to respond to emerging practice issues you share with us.
