Technology upgrades to serve you better

The College has launched a major upgrade to our information management systems to offer you more efficient services in the future.

We will continue to upgrade and improve our systems in the coming months, but there are already changes to our public Register Find a Nurse and Maintain Your Membership.

Find a Nurse has a new look and feel
Find a Nurse’s new design makes it more accessible to people using assistive devices or technologies, such as screen readers. It will also display correctly on a variety of mobile and desktop devices.

In addition, Find a Nurse has been updated with a more powerful search engine. To allow employers and the public to be better informed, users can now search by practice restrictions or hearing results. The new search engine will allow users to quickly find the practice information they need to make more informed decisions about their health care.

Changes to Maintain Your Membership
When you log in to the new Maintain Your Membership, you will now use your email address rather than your username. Your password is still the same.

As we work to transition completely to the new system, some of the services that Maintain Your Membership provides will be temporarily unavailable. For example, you will not be able to print receipts for payments, resign your membership, or apply to the Non-Practising Class from your online account. Instead, you will need to fill out an online form or call the College to complete these tasks.

We understand that this could inconvenience you, and we appreciate your patience during this transition time. We will share more information as the technology upgrade project progresses.
