The College alleged that the Member was convicted of various criminal offences relevant to her suitability to practice, including: theft; operating a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol; falsely identifying herself to a Police Officer; failing to comply with a condition of an undertaking; operating a motor vehicle while disqualified from doing so; and failing to attend court in accordance with a recognizance. It was also alleged that the Member failed to report findings of guilt and criminal charges to the Executive Director of the College and that her conduct could reasonably regarded by members of the profession as disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional. 

The Member did not attend the hearing and she was found to have engaged in professional misconduct, as alleged. 

The Panel ordered the revocation of the Member’s certificate of registration.
