With some exceptions, every document listed below is available free of charge. Printed versions of selected documents may also be purchased from the College; refer to the Documents List for favailability and prices. 

Ordering College Documents

Within Ontario, the shipping and handling fee for all publications is $4/order; the fee for the complete One is One Too Many Facilitator’s Guide package is $7.50/package. Fees for shipping outside of Ontario will vary; contact the College for details.

By Phone: You can order publications by calling our Customer Service Centre at 416 928-0900 (toll-free in Ontario 1 800 387-5526). Please have your order and payment information ready when you call. If paying by credit card, please have your information ready, including the type of card, card number, expiry date and the name on the card.

By Email: Email your order to publications@cnomail.org. A Customer Service Representative will call you to confirm your order and take your credit card information. In your email, please include your full name, mailing address, daytime phone number and the title(s) of the publication(s) you wish to order. Do not include your credit card information in your email.

By mail: To order by mail and pay by cheque, print this form, complete the necessary information, and mail it along with your payment to: Publications, College of Nurses of Ontario, 101 Davenport Rd., Toronto, ON, M5R 3P1.
