Individuals from outside of Ontario who want to register with the College of Nurses of Ontario can now request an application package online.

After completing and submitting the Application Package Request form, applicants will be mailed information about the registration process and the requirements for becoming a nurse in Ontario.

This form should be completed only by individuals who received their nursing education outside of Ontario, and who want to register as a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse.
