New Customer Service Policy for Providing Goods and Services to People With Disabilities

The College of Nurses of Ontario has developed a new customer service policy to assist people with disabilities.

The new policy, which can be accessed at www.cno.org/access, outlines the ways in which the College is committed to serving all members of the public.

Members of the public who would like to receive a copy of the policy in an alternative format can contact the College’s Customer Service Centre for assistance.
