Notice: Canada Post labour disruption

A labour disruption at Canada Post could occur as early as July 2, 2016. If that happens, Canada Post will not send or deliver any mail items, and no new items will be accepted by Canada Post employees.

In the event of a labour disruption at Canada Post:

APPLICANTS SENDING INFORMATION TO THE COLLEGE

To ensure your application is not delayed, send us your documentation via an alternate courier service or by fax. (Note we cannot accept some documents, such as your police criminal record check, by fax.)

We will also accept hand-delivered items at our Customer Service Desk at 101 Davenport Rd. in Toronto during regular business hours. After hours, you can hand-deliver items by using the mail slot at the building's main entrance.

Please note we require certain documents, such as transcripts and letters of reference from previous employers, to be sent directly to us by the original source. This will not change while the labour disruption is in effect.

APPLICANTS AWAITING TEST RESULTS FROM THE COLLEGE

A postal disruption will also affect the College’s ability to deliver examination results, particularly results from recent writings of the NCLEX-RN and the Canadian Practical Nurse Registration Examination (CPNRE).

If a postal disruption continues for longer than one week, then the College will explore alternative methods for delivering exam results to applicants. Note that you cannot pick up your exam results in person or receive them by phone or fax.

Visit our website for more information as it becomes available.
