CNO introduces new leadership structure
The College of Nurses of Ontario is pleased to announce its new leadership structure. The new structure supports the College’s mandate – to regulate nursing in the public interest – in a rapidly changing regulatory and business environment.
“Our revised leadership structure is the first step in ensuring continued organizational effectiveness,” says Anne Coghlan, Executive Director and CEO. “It will provide us with the agility to anticipate and respond to opportunities, challenges and risks in a timely way.”
The new structure features enhanced leadership support for regulatory and business functions, and strategy and innovation. The College will have greater capacity to achieve the important goals of leading as a risk-based regulator and becoming a more public-facing organization.
