Medication Practice Standard Feedback Requested
The College is seeking RNs, RPNs and NPs from a variety of practice settings to provide feedback on a draft of the revised 2008 Medication practice standard. This standard applies to prescription drugs and other substances, including over-the-counter and herbal preparations.
You can volunteer in one of two ways: by participating in a teleconference or by providing written feedback.
The teleconference dates are:
- Feb. 25, 2008, from 10 a.m. to noon;
- Feb. 26, 2008, from 10 a.m. to noon;
- Feb. 27, 2008, from 2 to 4 p.m.; and
- Feb. 29, 2008, from 2 to 4 p.m.
To provide written feedback, the College will send you the draft document with six questions to answer. The deadline for feedback is March 3, 2008.
