Latest Membership Stats now Available
The latest version of CNO's Membership Statistics Package is now available on the College’s Web site at www.cno.org.
The stats package provides 2003 demographic information about Ontario’s nursing population collected from the Annual Payment Forms completed by College members. It is provided to many stakeholders, including government and health care agencies, policy writers, employers, researchers, members of the media and nursing students.
This will be the last time the statistics are provided in this format. Starting this fall, CNO will be producing a more sophisticated report that will expand on the information currently provided. The new report will have the latest statistics, an increased scope of data and discussion of prevailing trends.
As the primary source of nursing demographics in the province, the College is committed to sharing knowledge that enables stakeholders to make decisions based on the most relevant and accurate information available.
If you have any questions or would like other statistical information that is not found in the Membership Statistics Package, contact the CNO Stats Line at 416 928-0900 ext. 6998, or complete a Request for Data form found on the website.
