The Evolution of Nursing
The College is responding to the review of the Regulated Health Professions Act with a broad range of recommendations. Several suggestions would give nurses the legislative authority to perform acts they are already performing under delegation and the direction of a physician, or through medical directives.
Practice Review expands to nurse administrators
To ensure public protection, nurses working in administrative roles will be randomly selected to participate in an objective assessment of their practice. Also, Practice Review will resume for RN(EC)s.
