Technical Requirements for Playing Video
To watch the videos, it is recommended that you have:
- a broadband (cable) connection to the Internet
- speakers
- the appropriate software for playing video
If you do not have a video player, you can download it for free:
- Windows Media Player
- For PC: Download Windows Media Player for PC (Note: Windows Media Player is usually pre-installed with Windows XP)
- For Mac: Download Windows Media Player for Mac
- Real Media Player
- For PC or Mac: Download Real Media Player
Tips
- Re-sizing the video screen -- To re-size the window, click and drag the lower right-hand corner of the video player.
- Downloading the videos
(Windows Media Format only)
- PC -- Right-click on the "Play Video" button of the desired chapter, and on the pop-up window, select "Save Target As..."
- Mac -- Hold "control," click on the "Play Video" button, and select "Download linked file" on the pop-up window
- If you are experiencing choppy playback due to a slow internet connection, download the video to your computer before playing it.
