2008 renewal fee for General and Extended Class is $122.66 (GST incl.). Incomplete forms will be returned unprocessed.

December 31, 2007: Renewal deadline.

January 1, 2008: ALL payments received on or after date, regardless of postmark, will incur the late fee of $49.07 (GST incl.).

January 31, 2008: Forms received after this date incur an administrative fee of $24.53 (GST incl.).

February 1, 2008: Notice of intent to suspend for non-payment of fees mailed.

April 10, 2008: Suspension date for non-payment of fees.

Please note: this page contains information about completing and returning the paper renewal form sent to all members starting October 24, 2007.
