How do I update information (e.g., my name) on my Annual Payment Card (APC) that is outdated or incorrect?

If you have legally changed your name and want to update your APC, send your original APC along with a photocopy of the appropriate documents (i.e., marriage certificate, legal name change document, etc.) and $5.25 (GST incl.) to:

Attention: Customer Service

If your name appears incorrectly on your APC, send the APC containing the error with a letter explaining how your name should appear to the same address. We will update your file and send you a new card free of charge.

Please allow 10 business days for processing any name changes to your card.
