How do I request a letter of verification to show to my employer that I am eligible to work in Ontario?

Contact our Customer Service Centre by e-mail at cno@cnomail.org, or by phone at 416 928-0900 (toll-free in Ontario at 1 800 387-5526) or by fax at 416 928-6507.

Provide the following information in your request:

  1. First and last name
  2. Registration number
  3. Date of birth
  4. Name and location of school of nursing
  5. Date of graduation
  6. Date of Canadian examination
  7. Mailing address
  8. Telephone number
  9. The address of where you would like the letter sent.

The processing fee of $5.25 (GST incl.) can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheque or money order. The letter will be mailed once payment has been processed.
