Have your say in the future of nursing regulation: Vote in Council elections
CNO Council elections are here! Council is CNO’s Board of Directors, and those who sit on the Board make important decisions that shape the regulation of nursing and promote public safety. You have a chance to be a voice for patients and cast your vote for the candidates that you think have what it takes to be effective advocates for Ontarians.
We have multiple voting districts and each year we rotate which districts are holding elections. This year, nurses who live or work in our Eastern, Northeastern, and Northwestern districts are eligible to vote.
We’ve already emailed eligible voters their ballots, as well as information about the candidates. Check your inboxes for an email from BigPulse Online Voting. If you can’t find the email (make sure you check your junk/spam folder) and need us to resend your voting ballot, or if you have a question, you can email us at email@example.com.
You can learn more about the candidates, who is eligible to vote and how the election works at www.cno.org/elections.
The deadline to cast your vote is 5 p.m. EST on Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2020.
