Technical questions about the portal

First, make sure you used the correct payment method and typed in your card number and other details correctly. If you still get an error message, contact our Customer Service centre.

It takes up to 15 days for your records to be updated after you create an application. Please wait for at least 15 days before you update any information or ask CNO to correct a record. If the information is still incorrect, contact our Customer Service centre.

No. You will receive a notification by email (at the address you use for your account in the portal) when there is a message waiting for you in your message centre. You can then log in to the portal to access your message. If you do not receive notifications for your messages, check your spam or junk mail folder an add CNO as a trusted sender or contact in your email settings.
