Find a Nurse register
You can confirm a nurse’s registration status in Ontario by using Find a Nurse. It’s an easy-to-use online public register that provides information about nurses in Ontario. It lets you search for information about a nurse using their first or last name, where they work, their registration number or other details. Every nurse registered in Ontario has a profile on Find a Nurse.

Organizations can use CNO’s Nurse Renewal Check service to confirm the registration status of all their nursing staff with just one request. The service is available year-round.
Nurse Renewal Check is available to all employers. It is particularly useful for employers of a large number of nurses.
