Observe Council meetings online

We're changing how you can observe CNO Council meetings online. Beginning with the September Council meeting, observers must register to receive a Zoom viewing link. Meetings will no longer be livestreamed through CNO’s social media channels.

Register to observe the meeting

Registration for the September meeting is open until 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23.  After you register, Zoom will email you a unique link to join the meeting as an observer.  If you did not receive a confirmation email after registering, please check your spam/junk folder.

Your link is assigned to you and cannot be shared. You can join at any time and leave and rejoin if you only want to observe part of the meeting.

When you register, please enter the following information in the first and last name fields:

First Name: Guest 
Last Name: Observer 

This helps us identify observers consistently during the meeting. If a different name is entered, we will update it to “Guest Observer.” 

Please note that the name associated with your Zoom account may be visible to other participants during the meeting.

Privacy information

The personal information you provide when registering to observe a CNO Council meeting (name and email address) is collected by CNO only for the purpose of administering registration, providing your Zoom access link, managing attendance and communicating information related to the meeting. Questions about this collection may be directed to the Privacy Office at privacyofficer@cnomail.org.
